Toll Brothers Construction - Boulder Ranch

I recently toured the model home for this new development called Boulder Ranch, by Toll Brothers, in North Scottsdale (see video for footage). This development is in the NE portion of the valley due east from the Four Seasons resort.

Boulder Ranch is a gated community with a total of 51 lots starting at ¾ acres, and going up to 3+ acres. Three of the largest lots are what they are calling equestrian lots that border the north side of the development.

Home prices are starting at $1.2 million and up depending on the upgrades you choose. The model home in this video is estimated to run $3.5 million!

Toll Brothers is offering 8 different floorplans, 3 & 4 bedrooms, ranging in size from 3600 sqft all the way up to nearly 5000 feet. The essence of these homes is truly the indoor/outdoor seamless living. They've accomplished this by incorporating the walls of windows that open to both the courtyards and back patio.

Other standard features include 12’ ceilings, 8’ solid core doors, quartz or granite counters throughout, gourmet kitchens with oversized islands, smart home technology and so much more. The model is definitely selling the luxury that is possible in these homes, from the incredible master bedroom complete with a relaxation room as well as the oversized bathroom with its luxurious wet room concept and the glamorous master closet.

Outdoor living is so important here in Arizona and you can see in this model they are definitely showcasing that feature. The location of this neighborhood offers mountain views from most lots as you are surrounded by Four Peaks, Pinnacle Peak, and Troon Mountain. The backyard package in this model is pretty extensive, just to show you what is possible and to let you dream a little!

Toll Brothers is also currently developing another neighborhood nearby, called Sereno Canyon, that will offer homes that will be smaller in scale and in price.
