The new Toll Brothers community is located within the gorgeous Sereno Canyon, in the NE portion of the Scottsdale Valley, in zip code 85255. The man gated community is surrounded by beautiful desert and mountain ranges in every direction, offering amazing views from most lots.
The idea behind this development was to bring true resort style living to this community with the development of it’s amenity rich mountain lodge. This luxury clubhouse will offer an elaborate fitness center, club room, Yoga lawn, treatment rooms, event areas, terrace kitchen, bar and café. It will also offer an expansive 8500 sqft covered patio to enjoy the afternoon and take a break from the sun after a day in the pool or spa. At the time of the writing of this blog (Aug 2020) they have completed phase 1 of the estate section, for which they are almost sold out, and getting ready to release the 2nd (of 3) sections of the estate lots. They were also begging the work on grading the land for the mountain lodge.
