Construction is under way at the fashion square to include a new high-end luxury wing. The luxury wing will feature luxury furnishings and finishes, a Swarovski-inspired light column in the Crystal Court and a variety of amenities.
The luxury wing will offer a grand new entrance featuring a two story glass entry, so you know you are in for something special. This wing will be anchored by a new Neiman Marcus and will feature the first Versace store in Arizona, scheduled to open in Spring 2020.
Other firsts that will grace our market in this wing include Nobu Scottsdale and Equinox luxury fitness, I’m not sure what luxury fitness means but maybe the sweat towels contain gold flecks.

Also opening in 2021 will be a non-gaming hotel by Caesars Entertaiment Brand and it will be called Republic Scottsdale. The hotel will feature two restaurants by Giada De Laurentiis – yum!
